Did You Shower Yet

Nolan Bushnell, Founder of Atari, once said, “Everyone who has ever taken a shower has had an idea. It’s the person who gets out of the shower, dries off, and does something about it that makes a difference.”

I sure hope you all showered ’cause it’d be right mighty unpleasant if you didn’t.

Seriously, the quote reminds me of the story of two frogs. It goes something like this…

Two frogs are sitting on a log. One decides to jump off. How many frogs are still sitting on a log?

The answer…

Two.

ause deciding to do something and actually doing it are two different things.

You can have an idea, make a decision, or think about things all day long.

It’s not until you take action that something really happens.

So make the decision to do something and then go do it today.

And don’t forget to take a shower.
