Wax On, Wax Off…

Wax on, wax off. Paint up, Paint Down. The Karate Kid had no idea what Mr. Myagi was teaching him when he had him do all those chores. All he knew was that his muscles were sore and that he was working hard. He couldn’t see any results.
Do you ever feel that way when you’re working on something? Daniel (the Karate Kid) almost walked away without ever finding out the fruits of his labor. Things got really difficult and he got really depressed and tired.
That may happen to the best of us. We get so bogged down in the details, we forget the bigger picture. We forget why we’re working so hard. What have you been working on that has gotten you lost in the muck? Take a break and look and see why you’re working so hard. Sometimes, it takes days, weeks, or months before you see results (ever work on losing a few pounds). For the bigger things, it may even take years.
When you find yourself working diligently on a project, ask yourself why you’re working so hard. When you can answer that question, then you know in your heart that it’s worth it and it will re-energize you to do more. WAX ON – BLOCK! WAX OFF – BLOCK! PAIN
You can do the same thing and more!!!
Always keep the end in mind and when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
Celebrate Life!
